Sri Lanka Para stars won six Gold at Athletics Asia-Oceania Championships



Sri Lanka Para Athletes managed to win 15 medals including 6 Gold, 4 Silver and 5 Bronze at the IPC Asia - Oceanic Athletics Championships held in Dubai. 

Sri Lankan contingent consist nine members in the event which was organized for the first time by the Para world organization. 

Amara Indumathi and Anil Prasanna bagged two Gold medals each for Sri Lanka which the 100x4 T42/47 relay team and Ajith Hettiarachchi bagged one Gold each.

The victorious Sri Lanka team scheduled to arrive island tomorrow(14) early morning.
