Mahela Started aggressively and fall short for 9. Chandimal got his gears up and made a great partnership with Master piece Sangakkara to rebuild the broken inning. He was outstanding in his small age, he played matured inning with gears. He looked good make a big score again to his name. Unfortunate or inexperience paid lot for his inning cause him stopping. Sangakkara departs for 48.
Jeevan Medis and Mathews Took game forward with a much needed partnership of 102. Mathews again succeeded and proved that he is the care taker for Sri Lanka.
