2, August 2012(Cricturf): The Sri Lanka Premier League 2012 which is scheduled to be held this month starting on the 11th of August 2012 has gone to even more heights with the worlds no.1 video sharing network YouTube joining up with the organizers of the SLPL to stream all the SLPL matches with a 10 minute delay on www.youtube.com to viewers around the world on the official channel of the SLPL.
It should be noted that during the second press conference of the SLPL held on the 27th of July 2012, Mr.Sandheep Bhammer mentioned that the organizing committee were in the final stages of striking a deal with a leading online platform for live streaming of all matches and that the partner would be announced once the deal has been finalized. With less than 10 days to go for the first toss of the SLPL to be flipped, it was announced today that YouTube would be their online broadcast partner.
