25, August 2012 (Cricturf): The most awaited match between Uva Next and Kandurata Warriors was abondend due to bad weather and both the teams shared the points. The match was a crucial one especially to Uva and also other teams such a Ruhuna Royals who are struggling to reach the semi finals. Kandurata Warriors too came to win the match and secure their spot in Semi Finals with a high moral after their big win against Wayamba on Friday (24th).
The match was decided to be played at 9 p.m after the rain stopped before but unfortunately the rain started again and covers had to remain.
