Sri Lanka Cricketers Kumar Sangakkara and Nuwan Kulasekara recovered from their injuries and ready to play in Twenty 20 world cup to be held in Sri Lanka this month.

Mahela Jayawardane the captain of Sri Lanka Cricket team confirmed both players recovered well to participate, Sangakkara and Nuwan Kulasekara also participated in practice sessions under coaching staff and proved their fitness levels.
Kumar Sangakkara injured his finger during the Indian tour and Kulasekara faced a groin injury during the same series.
Mahela said "Kumar is Fine to play in this world cup and he is participating in extra net sessions with our coaches."
Sri Lanka will meet Zimbabwe as the first match of the world cup in Hambantota on 18th of September, South Africa is their other opponent during group levels.
